What is this in my yard? I live in Northern NV. It seems to have slowly spread this summer. At first, I thought it was because of a nearby shrub, but now I’m uncertain. No other part of my lawn has this issue. It gets a lot of shade. How can I treat it?
Those are likely voles.
Yep, definitely voles.
For sure, voles. They caused damage in my yard this year.
It looks like a rodent, probably a vole or a mouse.
Voles.
Get rid of them without mercy.
It might be tremors. They’re underground, run!

Are you talking about Graboids?
That looks like a rift from another dimension ready to unleash chaos.

Ortho Devil Be Gone will handle it.
Try Molemax. They have a product that spreads over the lawn and another that you can pour into the hole.
I had similar tunnels from mice, but I don’t live in the US.
I don’t see any holes. But I will try some vole or mole products.
My in-laws would get swarmed by voles whenever the field behind them was plowed. Pest control had to get permission from the city to use their methods.
It’s definitely tectonic plate activity.
Yep, those are voles, 100%.
They are voles. You can catch them with mousetraps. No bait is needed if you set them properly along their trails.
Yep, definitely voles.
That looks more like a mole to me.
