Bought our first house 1.5 years ago and now officially through my first full year of lawncare. Pretty happy with how it’s all coming together.
Had some new growth from overseeding this year washed out by the crazy rain the past couple weeks, but happy overall.

Took a broom head and mounted it on the front of the mower. So it basically pushes through all the grass and gets it facing the same direction before cutting.

Sometimes in spots where some roots are coming through but that’s it.
